Bangladesh lies in the North Eastern part of South Asia between lat 20 ° 39 ¢ and 26 ° 38 ¢ North and long 88 ° 01 ¢ and 92 ° 04 ¢ East. It is bounded by India on the East, West and North and for small part of Myanmar in the South East and the Bay of Bengal in the South. Total area of Bangladesh is 1,47,570 Sq.Km. and its population is about 150 million.
